Advertising and sponsorship shall pay for the Newmarket upgrade, other sources of funding shall be come up with for each project as they are planned.

The biggest requirement is to get the new electric trains and integrate the fares and services to get connectivity. If it works right you dont really "need" a station, light board, timetable or any other things it will save parking lots and reduce overall cost for the infastructure. However I still think we need a roof over the platform to allow a dry transfer between services.
